Shipping Policy

Due to the perishability and delicate nature of our products, we do not recommend more than 2 days of transit time. Nobody likes melted or broken chocolate, which is why we do not send any shipments out past Wednesday at 3pm EST. Orders are only shipped nationwide Monday through Wednesday, to avoid weekend overlays. We do not ship nationwide on Thursdays, Fridays, or holidays. We do not want the quality of your chocolate to be compromised due to extended periods in a warehouse or truck, so any orders made past Wednesday at 3pm will be sent out the following Monday. We will only send out packages past Thursday if it is for overnight delivery. If this does not meet your needs, please call Customer Service at (973) 310-3986, and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Warm Weather Shipping

We HIGHLY recommend that you select either 2nd day or next day shipping if your destination is in a warmer climate or season or your location is more than 2 days for ground transit. Due to higher temperatures in the warmer months of May to September, any orders shipped to destinations over 65 degrees will require extra cooling materials. Red Ribbon Pretzel Company will add the necessary cooling materials to your package for an additional calculated cost of $10 to ensure that your chocolate arrives as fresh as it is the day it’s made. Any orders being delivered to destinations outside of the 2-day Standard UPS Shipping zones are HIGHLY suggested to select either 2nd day or next day shipping methods. Tracking Information

During peak holiday seasons, shipping may be delayed based on the volume of orders received. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your chocolate to you as quickly and as fresh as possible. We aim to fulfill all orders to ship from our facility within 24-48 hours of processing (unless past Wednesday at 12pm or otherwise specified). In order to ensure the best and freshest chocolate, orders cannot ship over the weekend, so for Standard shipments, your package may be held until the following Monday.
